Cancel anytime
You may cancel your Peek My Site subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future automatic renewal charges. Your current paid service remains active through the end of the billing period unless we tell you otherwise.
Monthly plans
If you cancel a monthly plan, future monthly renewals stop. Your current paid month remains active through the end of that billing period. Previously paid monthly fees are generally non-refundable.
Annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan, future annual renewals stop. Your Peek remains active through the end of the paid annual term. Unused portions of an annual subscription are generally not prorated or refunded.
Initial purchase and custom design work
If you accidentally purchase a plan or change your mind before substantive custom work has begun, contact us promptly at hello@peekmy.site. We may cancel the order and issue a refund when appropriate.
Once custom design, account setup, content preparation, page configuration, or other personalized work has begun, the initial payment is generally non-refundable because the service is being created specifically for you.
Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged an incorrect amount, charged after a properly completed cancellation, or charged because of a technical error, contact us. We will review the transaction and correct an erroneous charge when appropriate.
Service problems
If we are unable to provide the service you purchased because of a problem on our side and cannot reasonably resolve the issue, we may provide an appropriate refund, partial refund, or account credit depending on the circumstances.
Taxes
When an eligible transaction is refunded, applicable taxes associated with the refunded amount will be handled through the payment and tax systems used for the transaction and in accordance with applicable law.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. After a refund is issued, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
What happens after cancellation
When your paid service period ends, your Peek may be unpublished or disabled and your personalized peekmy.site address may eventually become available for another customer. We may retain account and transaction records as reasonably necessary for business, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
Rights that cannot be waived
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
