Peek My Site provides custom-designed, hosted micro-sites and related subscription services. Depending on the plan you purchase, your service may include custom design, hosting, links, social profiles, imagery, content sections, support, and a personalized yourname.peekmy.site address.
The features included with your service are determined by the plan description displayed at the time of purchase.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Peek My Site plans are recurring subscriptions offered on monthly or annual billing schedules. Your subscription renews automatically at the applicable interval unless it is canceled before the next renewal.
By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize Peek My Site and its payment providers to charge the payment method associated with your account for subscription fees, applicable taxes, and authorized renewal charges.
3. Pricing and taxes
Prices displayed by Peek My Site are exclusive of sales tax unless we specifically state otherwise. Applicable sales tax may be calculated and added at checkout.
We may change pricing for future purchases or renewal periods. If a change affects an existing subscription, we will provide notice when required by applicable law.
4. Your Peek address
Your requested peekmy.site address is subject to availability. A temporary reservation does not create permanent ownership of the address.
After successful purchase, the selected address is associated with your account while the applicable Peek service remains active, subject to these Terms. Peek My Site retains ownership and administrative control of the peekmy.site domain and all subdomains.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for ensuring that you have the legal right to use all photos, logos, copy, links, trademarks, and other content you submit.
You may not use Peek My Site for unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, deceptive, or abusive activity; to distribute malware; to compromise systems or users; or to impersonate another person or business without authorization.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of original content you provide. You grant Peek My Site a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, resize, format, display, and otherwise use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to design, publish, operate, support, and maintain your Peek.
7. Design and revisions
Peek My Site is a custom design service. Design decisions may include typography, layout, spacing, image treatment, organization, and other creative choices based on your plan and submitted materials. Revisions and update support are provided according to the plan you purchase.
8. Hosting and availability
Hosting is included while your applicable subscription remains active. We work to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, hosting providers, internet infrastructure, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Third-party services and links
Your Peek may link to third-party platforms such as social networks, affiliate programs, ecommerce stores, marketplaces, or other websites. Peek My Site does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, content, policies, products, or services.
10. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a right to a refund for amounts already paid.
11. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, fraud or suspected fraud, abuse, security threats, illegal activity, infringement, or material violation of these Terms. When reasonably appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to correct a problem before termination.
12. Disclaimer
Peek My Site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peek My Site and FocusFly Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to your Peek My Site subscription will not exceed the amount you paid to Peek My Site during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that must be brought in court will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
